Abstract

Currently, Vocational High School students are required to have skills that can be applied in the real world. One very important skill is the ability to record financial transactions and manage banking. To meet this need, 70 students at SMK Negeri 4 Sijunjung Padang have received special training and assistance. This activity consists of three stages. First, students are given theoretical material about Teller, Customer Service, Funding Sales, and Product Development Management. The second stage involves direct assistance in recording financial transactions. The final stage is evaluation through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Overall, this activity succeeded in improving students' skills in recording financial transactions and banking services. They are able to apply their knowledge in the field of funding and banking services well, so they are ready to face the certification test held by the National Banking Certification Institute.
