Abstract

Research on measuring performance based on leadership, development and job satisfaction in Karangrejo District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java, faces several challenges. From this background, the author chose the title: "The Impact of Leadership, Human Resource Development, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Karangrejo District Office, Tulungagung Regency, East Java." The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of leadership, human resource development and job satisfaction on performance in Karangrejo District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the leadership variable (X1) shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.233. The value of tcount (3.953) > ttable (1.697) and sign (0.001) < sign α (0.05), indicates that the higher the leadership, the higher the employee performance. The human resource development variable (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.295. The value of tcount (2.647) > ttable (1.697) and sign. (0.014) < sign α (0.05), shows that the higher the development of human resources, the higher the employee performance. Furthermore, the job satisfaction variable (X3) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.528. The value of tcount (4.802) > ttable (1.697) and sign. (0.000) < sign α (0.05), shows that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance.
