Sustainable Performance, Human Resource ManagementAbstract
There is still a lack of empirical research on the relationship between sustainable human resource management and sustainable performance. In this article, we seek to investigate and evaluate relevant research, as well as propose a research agenda to guide future studies on this topic. This research uses the library method. Five journals have been used in this research with the language of instruction in English and indexed by Google Scholar. The findings of this research conclude that sustainable human resource management can improve sustainable performance and can also improve aspects such as economic, social and environmental performance. Future studies are expected to examine the use of mediating variables such as environmental passion, employee organizational commitment, employee environmentally friendly behavior, formation of an environmentally friendly organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior, sustainable innovation, task behavior that supports the environment, proactive behavior that supports the environment, behavior that environmentally friendly, sustainable intellectual capital, and pro-environmental behavior. In addition, the research can use qualitative, mixed, and quantitative methods longitudinally.
