Fintech Lending, Illegal Fintech Lending, Business Ethics, Customer BehaviorAbstract FinTech lending is a form of financial service that provides convenience to consumers in terms of digital financing and loans. However, some FinTech lending entities have engaged in illegal practices that violate business ethics principles and harm debtors. This research applies a qualitative descriptive approach and uses source triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the data used. The aim of this research is to identify violations of business ethics committed by financial technology lending companies and to explore the implementation of good business ethics practices in FinTech lending to ensure that debtors' rights and obligations are complied with in accordance with applicable regulations. Violations committed by FinTech lending include violating regulations related to ethics in the fishing industry, ethical principles in debt repayment in the financial services business, as well as norms set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI).
